One Plus announced its first budged smartphone, OnePlus X in New Delhi,
New york,London,Bejieng,Jakarta and San fransisco. There are two variants of phone, Onyx that will be cost Rs.17000/- and Ceramic for Rs. 23000/-.
This is the spec to spec comparison of OnePlus X vs OnePlus One:
1. Display
Screen size of OnePlus One is larger than than of the new OnePlus X. OnePlus One has a 5.5 inch display and OnePlus X comes with a 5 inch display. The resolution of both the phones is same at 1920×1080 pixels.
2. Processing
Both the devices, OnePlus One and OnePlus X have the same quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, but different clocked. Snapdragon 801 in OnePlus One clocks 2.5Ghz and in OnePlus X clocks 2.0GHz.
3. Memory
Both the phones again has same RAM capacity of 3GB. OnePlus One has non-expandable internal storage of 64GB, while OnePlus X comes with an internal storage of 16GB expandable upto 128GB using a microSD card.
4. Design
The design for OnePlus X is quite different from that of OnePlus One. OnePlus One has a kind of overly large chassis with a curved rear giving bit of a sandpaper-like feeling. OnePlus X on the other hand is slimmer, gives a more premium look to the phone.
5. Camera
Both the phones have a 13MP rear camera. On one hand, the old OnePlus One has a 5MP front camera, OnePlus X will have an 8MP front camera.
Conclusion
Even though OnePlus One being the older sibling has the same processor having a faster clock rate and a large display, but OnePlus X wins hands down with it expandable memory, ‘premium’ looks and better front camera.
