A number of sources are reporting Bethesda has plans to
reveal Fallout 4 at
the end of its E3 2015 press conference - surprise, surprise! The very
existence of the eagerly anticipated post-apocalyptic RPG has yet to be
confirmed, but after years of waiting, Bethesda’s debut E3 conference looks to
be the venue.
Reports indicate a demo will be showcased behind closed
doors before E3, running around 20-30 minutes long. Whether we’ll get to see
this or if it’s going to remain a closed showing is currently unknown, but it
seems unlikely Bethesda wouldn’t want the world to lay its eyes on its latest
RPG behemoth.
The moment Bethesda announced it was hosting its own E3
press conference it was clear it had a big reveal planned, and what bigger
reveal than the latest iteration of its long-running RPG series? Aside from
Obsidian’s Fallout: New Vegas in 2010, it’s been nearly seven years since a
mainline Fallout title from Bethesda.
Bethesda’s E3 2015 press conference is set to take place on
Sunday, June 14 at 7PM PT / 10PM ET / 3AM BST. Alongside news on Fallout 3
we’re expect Doom 4 info, Battlecry, The Elder Scrolls Online, and who knows,
perhaps a Dishonored 2 reveal. Doom 4 in particular has been a long time
coming, I’m still hanging on on to my Doom beta invite that came with
Wolfenstein: The New Order more than a year ago.
It looks like Fallout 4's happening then, what are you
hoping for from it? Where are you expecting to be set? Let us know!
